An operations review of the Montreal Island waste water treatment plant in three phases as follows: situation analysis; a comparative analysis with three waste water treatment plants located in the United States; and our recommendations The management audit of train operations, locomotive and railcar maintenance, and of capital projects management, for CN Rail, followed by recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of management systems and practices Logistics management study for an equipment manufacturer resulting in a report containing 26 recommendations. One of our recommendations proposed the re-arrangement of production stores, approved by the client, who named Xemplar to direct this re-arrangement project. On completion of the re-arrangement, the stores personnel were able to respond efficiently to a rapid acceleration of production occurring in just a few months.
